At Gift Tara, we carefully create and pack every order, including personalized and customized products. Because many of our products are made specifically according to the customer’s requirements, our return and cancellation policy is different from that of standard products.
1. Personalized & Customized Products
Personalized or customized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange if the product has been correctly made according to the details provided by the customer.
Please carefully check names, photos, dates, spellings, colors, sizes and other personalization details before placing your order.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, correction, or refund.
3. Wrong Personalization Details
Gift Tara is not responsible for errors in personalization caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, including incorrect names, spellings, dates, photographs or other details.
Please carefully review your order before payment.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order.
If production or customization has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider’s processing time.
6. Non-Returnable Products
Customized, personalized, made-to-order and products produced according to customer specifications are generally non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by Gift Tara.
